Lost people saved, saved people matured, mature people multiplied to the glory of God

Pastor/TeacherIt took a tragic sports injury to bring Ian to a place of humble submission before God. But through that trial, Ian learned that God must be his one and only pursuit. After he surrendered his whole life to Christ without reservation, the call to ministry was made clear to him.

Ian received his BA from York University and his Masters of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary. Prior to coming to the Harvest Training Center, he worked on staff at Grace Community Church in the conference department and served as a leader in a young married and family fellowship group, and in the college ministry.

Ian’s greatest desire is to see God glorified. His prayer is that God will use Harvest Durham to be a pillar of truth in the Durham Region—that the preaching of God’s Word would transform believers in that area and bring them to maturity in Christ. “My desire is to see lost people saved and saved people matured as His Word goes forth. We want people to see the light of Christ through Harvest Durham and to be transformed by His Truth.”

Ian and his wife Sarah have been married for seven years and are parents to Karis and Joshua.
